Practice and Exploration of Openness-Circular Reeducation in Laboratory of Medical Colleges

实验室是知识创新和人才培养的基地,人体解剖学实验室开放是医学发展的需要,为临床工作者提供再学习的机会,对提高临床医疗诊治水平和解剖学科的发展起着积极作用。介绍了浙江大学人体解剖实验室具备开放的场地、标本、指导教师等条件。并针对实验室管理体制不健全、预约实验室开放手段落后、实验室开放工作量核算缺失、缺少实验室开放的专项经费投入等存在的问题,提出构建新型的实验室对外开放体系、建立实验室开放预约平台、制定实验室开放工作量和奖励制度、增加实验室经费的来源等对策,以期建立起一套高效、全面的实验室开放体系,为基础医学和临床医学的共同发展提供借鉴。

The laboratory is the base of knowledge innovation and talent cultivation,and the opening of human anatomy laboratory is the need of medical development,which provides clinical workers with the opportunity of relearning,and plays a positive role in improving the level of clinical medical diagnosis and treatment and the development of anatomy.This paper introduces the conditions of human anatomy laboratory in authors’school,such as open field,specimen and instructor.But the laboratory management system is not sound,i.e.,backward reservation opening laboratory,missing of laboratory open workload calculation,the lack of the open laboratory of special funds and other problems.Thus,the paper puts forward to build a new system of laboratory opening to the outside world,to set up open booking platform,workload and reward system of the laboratory,the laboratory funding sources,so as to establish a high efficient and comprehensive opening laboratory system.These may provide references for the common development of medicine and clinical medicine.
