经管类专业创新创业教育的困惑与对策——基于石河子大学的调查

The Dilemma and Countermeasure of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Economics and Management Majors Based on an Investigation in Shihezi University

通过对大量有关创新创业教育文献资料研究,以及对学生与教师调查,结合调查结果与反馈结果,分析、了解石河子大学经管类专业创新创业教育教学体系的现状与困惑。针对经管类专业创新创业教育教学体系中存在的问题,对师资水平提升、教学体系规范化及资金保障等方面提出了解决对策,希望能够促进完善创新创业教育、提升学生就业水平。

This paper analyzes a large number of existing innovation and entrepreneurship education literature,as well as the survey of students and teachers,analyzes the opinions and feedback results.By this way,we can have a better understanding of the current situation of the teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship education for economics and management majors in Shihezi University,at the same time,we promote the understanding of the positive effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the forms of employment that students will face on the future.This paper proposes solutions such as promoting the level of teachers,normalization of teaching system,and sufficient founding,to the problems existing in the teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is hopeful that these suggestions can improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education.
