摘要
结合消防科学知识及事故致因理论,从人-物-环-管4个维度出发,总结出影响高校实验室火灾的17个要素。构建高校实验室火灾危险性的3级递阶解释结构模型(ISM);引入网络层次分析法(ANP)对ISM模型进一步优化,根据极限超矩阵结果求出影响高校实验室火灾各级指标的权重。研究表明,3级递阶ISM模型可以有效表达各个因素间的交互关系,揭示导致高校实验室火灾发生的深层根本原因;采用ANP法确定了各指标的权重,重要度排序为:物料及仪器设备、实验室相关人员素质、消防安全管理、建筑物及外部环境,这为有效预防高校实验室火灾提供了一定的理论参考依据。
Based on the theory of fire control and accident causation,the seventeen factors that influence the fire of university laboratories were summarized from the four dimensions of human-material-environment-management.The three-layer interpretative structure model(ISM)was established for fire hazard of university laboratories.The network analytic hierarchy process(ANP)is introduced to further optimize the ISM model.According to the results of the limit matrix,the weights of the indexe of the fire hazard of university laboratory were calculated.The research results show that the three-layer ISM model can effectively express the interaction between various factors and reveal the deep root causes which lead to the fire occurrence in university laboratories.According to the ANP method,the order of weight of each index is as follows:material and equipment,researchers quality,safety management,building and the external environment.It provides an important theorical basis for the effective prevention fire of university laboratories.
