摘要
采用铸造模拟分析技术,以Ni合金为例,应用ProCAST软件进行模拟,在充型率、浇铸口直径、浇注温度确定的条件下、研究保温套材料、保温帽以及保温帽厚度的改变对缩孔形态的影响。
In this paper,casting simulation technology as Ni alloy,application simulation software ProCAST simulated under the condition of definite casting parameters, including the filling rate of casting parameters,casting mouth diameter,and pouring temperature.the effects of the change of insulation material,insulation cap and thickness of insulation cap on shrinkage morphology are researched.
