谢晶日教授治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎(大肠湿热证)经验浅析

XIE Jingri’s Experience in Treating Active Ulcerative Colitis (Dampness-Heat of Large Intestine Syndrome)

现代医学对于溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制尚未明确,临床尚无针对UC的特效治疗药物,且常反复发作,影响患者的生活及心理状态。谢晶日教授运用中医药治疗本病,效果显著,复发率低。谢晶日教授认为治疗时应标本兼顾,清热化湿与疏肝理气并重,健脾益气贯穿始末,辅以祛瘀通络,此为治疗活动期UC大肠湿热证的基本原则。

The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis is not clear in modern medicine. There is no special treatment drug for UC in clinical practice,and it often occurs repeatedly,affecting the patient's life and psychological state. Professor XIE Jingri has used traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease with remarkable results and low recurrence rate. Professor XIE Jingri believes that appearance and essence should be taken into account when treating. Liver-Qi regulating should be equal dampnessheat clearing,and spleen Qi should be applied throughout the whole the process of treatment,then has supplemented with removing blood stasis. This is the basic principle for treatment of active UC large intestine dampness and heat.
