半夏泻心汤治疗胃癌术后Roux-en-Y滞留综合征思路探析

Treatment Thought Analysis of Using Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Roux-en-Y Detention Syndrome after Stomach Cancer Operation

术中行Roux-en-Y吻合的患者常发生胃癌术后Roux-en-Y滞留综合征(Roux-en-Y stasis syndrome after gastrectomy,RSS),表现为厌食、恶心呕吐、上腹饱胀甚至腹痛等,经常在进食后加重,有时需要再次手术治疗。该症候群符合半夏泻心汤的主治证候,概因术后正气受损,脾胃虚弱,饮食失节,运化失司,最终导致寒热错杂、气机升降失常的痞证。临床上运用半夏泻心汤治疗该证候取得了较好的疗效,体现了传统中医中药辨证施治的优势。

Roux-en-Y retention syndrome(Roux-en-Y stasis syndrome,RSS) often occurs in patients with gastric cancer who underwent Roux-en-Y anastomosis. Anorexia,nausea and vomiting,swelling and even abdominal pain,etc.,often after eating aggravated,and sometimes need surgery again. Syndromes meet the Banxia Xiexin Decoxtion attending syndrome,probably due to postoperative righteousness damage,spleen and stomach,eating disorders,transport loss of the secretary,leading to mixed cold and gas,abnormal gas lift ups and downs of the card,we have used Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of the syndrome has achieved good effect,reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation.
