Clinical Experience of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Diseases of Spleen and Stomach

本文旨在分享半夏泻心汤治疗脾胃疾病临床经验。从半夏泻心汤方解入手,针对脾胃疾病寒热错杂、虚实夹杂的病机,分享运用半夏泻心汤的临床辨证、药物配伍、药物计量大小以及与经方、时方合用的经验。

This purpose of this study is to share the clinical experience of using Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Starting from the solution of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,aiming at the pathogenesis of spleen and stomach diseases including the disorder of blocking fever and the mixture of deficience and solid,this paper shares the experience of clinical syndrome differentiation,drug compatibility,drug dosing and its application with the prescription of classics and prescription of time.
