摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定桑菊清肺合剂中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法:采用Hedera ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相乙睛-0.5%磷酸溶液(5:95),检测波长207nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0ml·min^-1,进样量10μl。结果:对照品苦杏仁苷在97.4~487.0μg·ml-1呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.1613X+0.1208(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.00%,RSD 1.12%。结论:该方法简便,快速,准确度高,重复性好,可用于测定桑菊清肺合剂中的苦杏仁苷含量,为其质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of amygdalin in Sangju Qingfei Mixture. Methods:Separation was achieved by a Hedera ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution(5:95) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 207 nm,the column temperature was maintained at 35℃,and the injection volume was 10μl. Results:The linear range of amygdalin was 97.4~487.0μg·ml^-1,the regression equation was Y=0.1613 X+0.1208(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.00%,with RSD value of 1.12%. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and of high accuracy and good reproducibility,and can be used for content determination of amygdalin in Sangju Qingfei Mixture.
