不同产地川射干中总黄酮和射干苷的含量比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的:比较不同产地川射干中总黄酮和射干苷的含量差异,为寻找优质药材资源提供科学依据。方法:以紫外分光光度法测定不同产地川射干药材中总黄酮的含量,以射干苷为指标性成分,在265nm波长处进行测定。用超高效液相色谱法测定不同产地川射干药材中射干苷的含量,色谱条件为:色谱柱Waters BEH C18(50×2.1mm,1.7μm),流动相乙腈^-10.1%磷酸(15:85),流速0.4ml·min^-1,检测波长265nm,柱温35℃。结果:不同产地川射干中总黄酮含量为83.3~168.0mg·g^-1,射干苷含量为33.4~86.1mg·g^-1,10个产地川射干药材中,总黄酮和射干苷均以成都地区含量最高。结论:不同产地川射干中总黄酮和射干苷的含量存在一定差异,应注意产地对药材质量的影响。 Objective: To compare the contents of total flavonoids and tectoridin in Iridis Tectori Rhizoma from different producing areas for searching high quality medicinal materials. Methods: UV spectrophotometry methods were used to determine the contents of the total flavonoids and the absorbance was measured by spectrophotometry using tectoridin as standard at the wavelength of 265nm. The contents of tectoridin were quantified by the method of UPLC were separated on Waters BEH C18column ( 50×2. 1mm,1. 7μm) using a mixture solution of acetonitrile-0. 1% H3PO4 ( 15: 85) as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 4ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 265nm and the column temperature was 35℃. Results: Among the tested samples the contents were found to be 83. 3~ 168. 0mg·g^-1 of total flavonoids,and 33. 4~ 86. 1mg·g^-1 of tectoridin. In the ten kinds of Iridis Tectori Rhizoma,those produced in Chendu areas contained the total flavonoids and tectoridin was more. Conclusions: The content of the total flavonoids and tectoridin in Iridis Tectori Rhizoma from various areas is different,and attention must be paid to the effects of producing areas on the quality of herbs.
