基于HPLC-ELSD比较三七的三种粉末制剂在家兔体内的生物利用度

摘要 目的:对三七的三种粉末制剂中三七总皂苷在家兔体内的生物利用度进行比较。方法:以人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1作为检测指标,分别灌胃给药各剂型三七粉末制剂,按规定时间取血,甲醇处理,采用高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测法检测样品。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1在家兔体内的药动学特点符合二室模型的特征。与普通细粉比较,配方颗粒与最细粉的生物利用度均有显著提高,配方颗粒的相对生物利用度为114.05%~131.76%,而最细粉的相对生物利用度为160.51%~176.56%。结论:对三七三种粉末制剂在家兔体内的生物利用度进行比较,三七最细粉的相对生物利用度最高。 : Objective: To compare the bioavailability of Panax Notoginseng Saponins of three kinds of powder preparations of panax notoginseng in rabbits. Methods: To detect ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1and panax notoginse noside R1,rabbits were respectively given there dosage forms of panax notoginseng powder by intragastric administration. The plasma at different time points were collected and treated by methanol. Then the samples were measured by HPLC-ELSD. Resuts: The pharmacokinetic characteristics of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1and notoginsenoside R1in the rabbit were consistent with the characteristics of the two compartment model. Compared with the panax notoginseng powder,the bioavailability of dispensing granules and the most fine powder was significantly improved. The relative bioavailability of dispensing granules was 114. 05 ~ 131. 76%. The relative bioavailability of most fine powder was 160. 51%~ 176. 56%. Conclusion: The relative bioavailability of the most fine powder was the highest in contrast with the other two kinds of powder preparations of panax notoginseng in rabbits.
