Professor Wang Ruihui’s Experience in Clinical Application of Dabao Acupoint

大包穴为足太阴脾经的大络穴,古代医家对极其重视,称之为"大络穴",但在临床中多数医者未对其进行深度剖析,常用以治疗局部病症,使其治疗范围局限。王瑞辉教授临床重视经典,善辨病情,将经典与临床紧密结合,尤其临床善用大包穴治疗疑难杂病,且临床效果确切,笔者有幸跟随老师学习,并将王师临床应用大包穴经验稍作总结,以供同道参考。

Dabao acupoint is a large collateral acupoint of Taiyin spleen. It is called "Daluoxue" by ancient medical doctors. However,most patients in the clinic have not carried out in-depth analysis on it,which is commonly used to treat local diseases. Limit the scope of treatment. Professor WANG Ruihui pays attention to the classics,distinguishes the disease,and combines the classics with the clinic. In particular,the clinical use of the big acupoints for the treatment of difficult and complicated diseases,and the clinical effect is exact. The author is fortunate to consult with Mr. WANG and apply the clinical application of Mr. WANG. The experience of the hole is briefly summarized for reference.
