白头翁汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎68例疗效观察

Curative Observation Using Modified Pulsatilla Decoction in the Treatment of 68 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察白头翁汤加减治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将我院68例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为对照组与观察组,分别为34例。其中对照组采用西医治疗;观察组于西医治疗基础上采用白头翁汤加减治疗。评价两组患者中医证候积分变化,统计临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候总积分及各项症状积分均明显低于对照组,且两组治疗后中医证候总积分及各项症状积分较治疗前显著下降,P<0.05。观察组治疗临床总有效率94.12%明显高于对照组85.29%,χ^2=12.03,P=0.00;治疗期间两组无其他不良反应。结论:白头翁汤加减联合西医治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者效果显著且安全。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using Modified Pulsatilla Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods:68 cases of ulcerative colitis in our hospital were divided into controlled group and observation group,34 cases respectively,according to the random number table method. The controlled group was treated with western medicine treatment;the observation group was treated with Pulsatilla Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. The changes of TCM syndrome score in two groups were evaluated,and the clinical effects and adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results:The total score of TCM syndromes and symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group,and the total score and symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,P<0.05. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(94.12%) was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(85.29%,χ~2=12.03,P=0.00),and there were no other adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion:Using Modified Pulsatilla Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is safe and effective.
