中西医结合治疗解脲支原体感染性不孕临床研究

Clinical Study of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Sterility of Mycoplasma Urealyticum

目的:观察中西医结合治疗解脲支原体(UU)感染性不孕的临床疗效。方法:选取328例UU感染性不孕患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用自拟中药汤剂口服联合重组人干扰素α-2α栓阴道外用;对照组应用多西环素口服联合重组人干扰素α-2α栓阴道外用;观察两组患者治疗前后血清TNF-α含量,UU转阴率,妊娠率及不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗后,血清TNF-α含量均降低,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组UU转阴率85.12%(143/168)、对照组UU转阴率79.38%(127/160),两组比较UU转阴率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.86,P>0.05);治疗组妊娠率65.48%(110/168),对照组妊娠率42.5%(68/160),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=17.43,P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率:1.19%(2/168),对照组不良反应发生率12.5%(20/160),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.75,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗UU感染性不孕,可有效清除UU,降低血清TNF-α含量,提高妊娠率,同时降低使用抗生素导致的不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combining Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infectious infertility of urea branch. Methods:328 cases of UU infectious infertility were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group. In the treatment group,human interferon α-2α was used for vaginal external treatment by oral recombination of Chinese herbal medicine decoction. The controlled group was treated with doxocycline combined with human interferon α-2α suppository vaginal external use. The serum TNF-α content,UU transvaginal rate,pregnancy rate and adverse reaction rate were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results:The serum TNF-α content decreased after the treatment of the two groups,and the treatment group was superior to the controlled group. UU conversion rate was 85.12%(143/168) in the treatment group and 79.38%(127/160) in the controlled group. There was no statistically significant difference in UU conversion rate between the two groups(χ^2=1.86,P<0.05);In the treatment group,the pregnancy rate was 65.48%(110/168) and in the controlled group,the pregnancy rate was 42.5%(68/160). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2 = 17.43,P<0.01). Incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group:1.19%(2/168) and 12.5%(20/160) in the controlled group. There were differences between the two groups. Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively eliminate UU,reduce serum TNF-α content,increase pregnancy rate,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by antibiotic use.
