超声中药导入治疗盆腔包裹性积液临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical Study of Applying Ultrashort Wave Combined with Audio and Ultrasound Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis in the Treatment of Pelvic Encapsulated Effusion

摘要 目的:观察超短波、音频及超声中药导入联合治疗盆腔包裹性积液的临床效果。方法:按随机数字表法将36例盆腔包裹性积液患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组18例。对照组患者采用超短波联合音频疗法治疗,治疗组患者采用超短波、音频、超声中药导入联合治疗。于治疗前及治疗后评定患者中医症候,测定病灶包块大小并观察治疗中的不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率显著大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前包块大小及中医症候评分均未见统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗1、2、3个疗程后各指标均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组下降幅度显著大于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:超短波、音频及超声中药导入联合治疗可显著改善盆腔积液包块及中医症状,疗效较好。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of ultrashort wave,audio and ultrasound traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) iontophoresis in the treatment of pelvic encapsulated effusion. Methods:36 patients with pelvic encapsulated effusionwere divided into observation group and controlled group by the random number table method,with 18 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with ultrashort wave combined with audio therapy,while the observation group was treated with ultrashort wave,audio and ultrasound TCM iontophoresis. TCM symptoms were scored before and after treatment. The size of lesions and side effects were observed. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in size of massesor and TCM symptoms before the treatment(P>0.05). The indexes were significantly decreased after 1,2 and 3 courses of treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ultrashort wave combined with audio and ultrasound TCM iontophoresis can significantly relieve TCM symptoms,pelvic encapsulated effusion,pelvic masses and abdominal pain,with good curative effect.
