泻痰清肺方辅助针对性护理对支气管哮喘患者心肺功能的影响研究

Effect of Xietan Qingfei Recipe Combined with Targeted Nursing on Pulmonary Function for Patients with Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察针对性护理辅助泻痰清肺方对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法:回顾性选取2015年4月至2017年2月我院收治的支气管哮喘患者98例,根据干预方法不同分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均给予泻痰清肺方治疗,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用针对性护理干预,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者ACT评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者ACT评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清和痰液中IL-8、TNF-α、VEGF、EGF水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清和痰液中IL-8、TNF-α水平低于对照组,但血清和痰液中VEGF、EGF水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对性护理辅助泻痰清肺方治疗支气管哮喘疗效显著,可改善患者肺功能,减轻机体炎症反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted nursing auxiliary Xietan Qingfei Reicpe on lung function of the patients with bronchial asthma. Methods:98 patients with bronchial asthma from April 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively selected and divided into controlled group and observation group according to different intervention methods. The patients in both groups were treated with Xietan Qingfei Recipe,the patients in the controlled group were treated with routine nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing intervention,and the clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ACT score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the ACT score in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the level of FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). Before treatment,the serum and sputum levels of IL-8,TNF-α,VEGFN-EGF were not found in the two groups. The difference was significant(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of IL-8 TNF-αin serum and sputum in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group,but there was no significant difference between the serum and sputum level of VEGF,EGF in the observation group and the controlled group(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xiephan Qingfei Recipe on bronchial asthma is remarkable,which can improve the pulmonary function and alleviate the inflammatory reaction.
