微量注射泵虹吸风险防控研究

摘要 目的在现有产品结构条件下,限定微量注射泵的安装高度,以最大程度降低虹吸风险的发生概率。方法采用理论计算及实验仿真模拟相结合的方法来分析微量注射泵在不同临床使用条件下产生虹吸风险的安装高度。结果提供微量注射泵使用合理的安装高度,不同规格注射器对应微泵安全安装高度分别为50mL不超过46cm、20mL不超过54cm、10mL不超过81cm。结论了解微量注射泵的使用风险,掌握合理的安装高度,对于防控其推杆组件磨损后出现虹吸风险具有重要意义。 Objective To reduce the probability of siphon risks by limiting the installation height of micro-syringe pump under the conditions of existing product structure.Methods Theoretical analysis and simulation experiment were carried out to explore the installation height of micro-syringe pump when siphon happened during different clinical use.Results Reasonable installation height of micro-syringe pump was proposed:No more than 46 cm for 50 mL syringe;No more than 54 cm for 20 mL syringe;No more than 81 cm for 10 mL syringe.Conclusion The siphon risks can be prevented by knowing use risks and installation height of micro-syringe pump when mechanical wear happens.
