摘要 目的为了提高静脉穿刺置管手术实施过程中的穿刺成功率。方法提出并设计了一种智能穿刺系统,基于超声图像引导识别靶向血管,之后计算得到相关参数,最后由机械臂完成穿刺置管手术。结果经过在人体模型上的试验和统计,与传统穿刺方式相比,应用本研究中的智能穿刺系统,使得穿刺成功率大大提高。结论基于超声图像处理的PICC智能穿刺系统可实现自动穿刺功能,能够提高穿刺效率,节省急救时间。 Objective In order to improve the success rate of venipuncture catheterization in the implementation process.Methods We presented and designed an intelligent puncture system,which identified the targeted blood vessels based on ultrasound image guidance,calculated the relevant parameters,and finally completed the puncture and catheterization operation by the manipulator.Results Through experiments and statistics on human models,the application of the intelligent puncture system in this study had greatly improved success rate of puncture,compared with traditional puncture methods.Conclusion PICC intelligent puncture system based on ultrasound image processing is feasible,and can improve puncture efficiency and save emergency time.
