Discussion on the Management Method of Intelligent Rail Car Logistics Transmission System in Our Hospital

为了使我院智能化轨道小车物流传输系统高效运转,满足我院需求,我们制定了三级管控流程,该流程分为基础保障、系统运行、培训与制度。该三级管控流程安全高效,不仅可以使我院智能化轨道小车物流传输系统24h不间断运行,还为我院节约大量的人力物力。同时,该管控流程可以降低智能化轨道小车物流传输系统故障次数,减少因人为原因造成的差错,提升患者与临床科室的满意度,建议推广使用。

In order to make the intelligent rail car logistics transmission system of our hospital to operate efficiently and meet the needs of our hospital,a three-level control process were developed,which was divided into basic guarantee,system operation,training and system.The three-level control process was safe and efficient,which not only enabled the intelligent rail car logistics transmission system of our hospital to operate continuously for 24 hours,but also saved a lot of manpower and material resources for our hospital.At the same time,the number of failures of the intelligent rail car logistics transmission system was reduced,as well as errors caused by human factors,the satisfaction of patients and clinical departments was improved.The three-level control process is recommended to promote the use.
