从含铜颜料污泥浸出液中回收铜的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 颜料污泥中重金属含量高,本研究以含铜颜料污泥为原料,采用浸出、萃取分离方法回收铜,并确定从含铜颜料污泥中回收铜的工艺参数。实验结果表明,采用硫酸浸出含铜污泥,铜的浸出率为93.2%;采用N902-磺化煤油—硫酸萃取分离体系来萃取分离浸出液中的铜,最佳工艺条件为:萃取剂浓度为15%,相比(O/A)为1︰1,萃取时间为5min的条件下,Cu^2+萃取率为92.4%;用3mol/L硫酸溶液对铜负载有机相进行一级反萃取5min,Cu^2+反萃率为94.7%。 The pigmented sludge has a high content of heavy metals.In this study,copper-containing pigment sludge was used as raw material.and the process parameters of copper recovery in copper-containing pigment sludge were determined.The experimental results show that the leaching rate of copper is 93.2%when copper sludge is leached by sulfuric acid.In addition the N902-sulfonated kerosene-sulfuric acid extraction separation system was applied to extract the copper and iron in the extracting solution.The best process conditions were:extracting agent’s volume fraction is 15%,phase ratio(O/A)is 1︰1,extraction time is 5min,the Cu^2+extraction rate is 92.4%.The loaded organic phase was subjected to one-stage back extraction with 3 mol/L sulfuric acid solution for 5 min,the Cu^2+stripping rate was 94.7%.
