摘要
目的:探讨仙茅在抗肿瘤方面产生的作用。方法:选用健康雌性昆明种小鼠共55只为仙茅组。仙茅组:体内抑瘤实验,随机分为5组,每组11只。按常规方法分别接种肿瘤细胞,接种次日开始给药,分别为对照组,环磷酰胺组仙茅药液高、中、低剂量组;结果:体内抑瘤实验:仙茅对小鼠S180肉瘤抑瘤率与给药剂量成正相关,仙茅组与对照组用药后体重无差异(P>0.05);仙茅药液高剂量组对小鼠前胃癌MFC抑瘤率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中、低剂量组无差异(P>0.05),体外抑瘤实验:仙茅组较对照组对肿瘤细胞有抑制作用,并且与剂量成正相关。结论:仙茅对特定肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用。
Objective:To explore the role of Curculigo in anti-tumor.Methods:A total of 55 healthy female Kunming mice were selected as the Curculigo group.Curculigo group:anti-tumor experiments in vivo,randomly divided into 5 groups,11 in each group.The tumor cells were inoculated according to the conventional method,and the administration was started on the next day,which was the control group,the high,medium and low dose groups of the cyclophosphamide group of the cyclophosphamide group.Results:In vivo anti-tumor experiment:the S180 sarcoma of the curculigo in mice The tumor inhibition rate was positively correlated with the dose.There was no difference in body weight between the Curculigo group and the control group(P>0.05).The high-dose group of Curculigo liquid was significantly higher than the control group.<0.05),there was no difference between the middle and low dose groups(P>0.05).In vitro anti-tumor experiment:The curculin group had inhibitory effect on tumor cells compared with the control group and was positively correlated with the dose.Conclusion:Curculigo can inhibit specific tumor cells.
