摘要
采用浓硫酸为稀释剂、浓硝酸为氧化剂对烷基化废硫酸进行氧化再生的工艺研究,主要考察稀释质量比、氧化剂用量、反应温度、氧化剂加入速度等因素对烷基化废硫酸再生效果的影响。结果表明:在稀释质量比为1︰1.5、氧化剂加入量为20%、反应温度为280℃、氧化剂加入速度为0.44g/min、反应时间为65min条件下,得到无色透明硫酸溶液,COD去除率为96.13%,回收率为58.89%,硝酸残留率为0.52%,实现烷基化废硫酸的再生利用。
The oxidative regeneration of alkylated waste sulfuric acid by using concentrated sulfuric acid as diluent and concentrated nitric acid as oxidizer was studied,and the effects of dilution quality ratio,oxidant dosage,reaction temperature and oxidant addition speed on the regeneration effect of alkylation waste sulfuric acid were investigated.The results showed that the colorless transparent sulfuric acid solution was obtained under the condition that the dilution mass ratio was 1︰1.5,the oxidizer addition was 20%,the reaction temperature was 280℃,the oxidant addition speed was 0.44 g/min,and the reaction time was 65 min,the removal rate of COD from waste sulfuric acid was 96.13%,the recovery rate of sulfuric acid was 58.89%,and the residue rate of nitric acid was 0.52%,which realized the regeneration and utilization of alkylation waste sulfuric acid.
