生化系统处理工业废水的工艺设计研究

摘要 本项目应用生化系统处理高盐度、高有机物浓度和高氨氮废水,实现出水COD浓度低于250mg/L,氨氮浓度低于5mg/L。结合设计进出水水质,项目的主体工艺采用A2/O+曝气生物滤池的组合工艺,并确定系统参数,分析技术先进性和潜在风险,保障系统稳定运行达标。 The project uses biochemical system to treat high salinity,high organic matter concentration and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater to achieve a effluent COD concentration of less than 250 mg/L and an ammonia nitrogen concentration of less than 5 mg/L.Combined with the design of the inlet and outlet water quality,the main process of the project adopts the combined process of A2/O+aerated biological filter,and determines the system parameters,analyzes the technological advancement and potential risks,and ensures the stable operation of the system.
