摘要
针对某铅锌矿山选矿废水污染物含量高、水质复杂,处理系统工艺落后、设备陈旧,无法实现稳定达标排放的问题,对原废水处理站进行工艺工程改造。采用生物制剂协同脱铊+生物制剂协同氧化两段处理工艺处理该选矿废水,调试运行结果表明,改造后工艺系统运行稳定性好,具有良好的抗冲击负荷能力,出水水质稳定达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)表3水污染物特别排放限值的相关要求。
Remould the original beneficiation wastewater treatment station that effluent quality failing to reach the standard stably causing by high pollutant content,complex wastewater quality,behindhand treatment process and old equipment.The results of treating the beneficiation wastewater by the Advanced Treatment Technology with Biologic Agent show that,the process system running stably and being of good shock resistance,effluent quality achieving the requirements stably for special discharge limits of water pollutants in Table 3,“Discharge standard of pollutants for lead,zinc industry”(GB25466-2010).
