摘要
本文通过对中成药生产废水特性分析,综合现有主流污水处理工艺的特点,提出“絮凝沉淀+UASB+好氧接触氧化”处理工艺,并应用到实际工程中。该工艺具有耐冲击负荷强、处理高效等特点,可为制药废水,尤其是中成药生产废水的处理,提供可参考借鉴的工程应用经验。
This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of Chinese traditional pharmacy wastewater,and synthesizes the characteristics of several mainstream sewage treatment technologies,puts forward the treatment process of“flocculation+UASB+aerobic contact oxidation”,and it has been applied to practical projects.The sewage treatment process has the characteristics of stronger ability for resisting and high efficiency,which can provide a reference in engineering application for the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,especially the Chinese traditional pharmacy wastewater.
