乙二醇装置碳酸盐泵振动原因分析和解决方案

摘要 茂名石化乙二醇装置自碳酸盐系统改造后,碳酸盐泵振动加大,出现机封泄漏和断轴等设备问题。经过分析,振动大的主要原因是泵的实际流量仅为设计流量的50%,并长期在许可汽蚀余量的下限运行,通过方案比选,采取更换为双吸双级低转速合适流量的离心泵,大幅度降低了泵的必需汽蚀余量,有效提高了泵运行可靠性,解决了泵振动大的问题,确保泵平稳长周期运行。 since the transformation of carbonate system in Maoming ethylene glycol plant,the vibration of carbonate pump has increased,and some equipment problems,such as seal leakage and shaft breaking,have occurred.The main reason for the high vibration is that the actual flow rate of the pump is only 50%of the designed flow rate,and the pump operates at the lower limit of the allowable cavitation margin.After analysis,the centrifugal pump with suitable flow rate of double suction,double stage and low speed is adopted.The necessary cavitation margin of the pump is greatly reduced,the reliability of the pump operation is effectively improved,the problem of large pump vibration is solved,and the smooth and long period operation of the pump is ensured.
