摘要
镀锌无缝钢管在焊接时易产生白色烟尘,与不锈钢相焊时对工艺技术的处理,与普通的同质无缝钢管相焊或同质不锈钢相焊均不同;需考虑烟尘、氧化锌夹渣、焊接材料、气体保护等因素,编制严格的焊接工艺并进行质量试验验证,保证制定的工艺规程和报告合格有效。
White smoke and dust are easily produced when galvanized seamless steel pipes are welded,and the treatment of process technology when they are welded with stainless steel is different from that of common seamless steel pipes or stainless steel pipes.Considering such factors as smoke and dust,zinc oxide slag,welding materials and gas protection,strict welding process is worked out and quality tests are carried out.Verify and ensure that the process regulations and reports are qualified and effective.
