摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在临床专业局部解剖学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取64名临床专业学生作为研究的对象,随机分组,分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用的教学方法是PBL教学法。对照班采用教学方法是传统的课堂教学,教学内容完成后,比较两组理论考试分数,及开展课后的问卷调查。结果:实验组的考试成绩(82.1±4.39)高于对照组(79.9±3.49),统计学差异有意义(P<0.05)。实验组的学生在查阅文献数量、学习主动性、言语表达能力、与临床实践结合、团队精神等上面均高于对照组。结论:PBL教学法在临床专业局部解剖学教学工作中效果突出,可明显提高临床学生对局部解剖学的掌握程度,且调动学生的学习热情及主动学习的能力,利于师生共同进步。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in the teaching of local anatomy in clinical specialty.Methods:64 clinical students were selected as subjects of study,randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The teaching method adopted by the experimental group is the PBL teaching method.The teaching method used in the control class is the traditional classroom teaching.After the teaching content is completed,the two sets of theoretical test scores are compared,and the questionnaires after the class are conducted.RESULTS:The test scores of the experimental group(82.1±4.39)were higher than those of the control group(79.9±3.49),and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group were higher than the control group in terms of the number of documents,learning initiative,verbal ability,clinical practice,and teamwork.Conclusion:The PBL teaching method has outstanding effects in the teaching of local anatomy in clinical practice,which can significantly improve the mastery of clinical anatomy of clinical students,and mobilize students'enthusiasm for learning and active learning,which is conducive to the common progress of teachers and students.
