摘要
过程设备设计实验是过程装备与控制工程专业的重要实践教学内容之一。该文以培养学生的创新思维与解决复杂工程问题的能力为目标,通过融合CAE仿真技术,构建了过程设备设计实验教学新流程,并以内压容器应力测试实验为例,具体介绍了实验教学的实施过程。实践表明,融合CAE的综合性实验教学,有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣与创新意识,强化了学生运用现代工具处理复杂工程问题的能力,并开阔了学生的学术视野。
The experiment for process equipment design is one of the important practice teaching content of the major of process equipment and control engineering.With the goal of innovative thinking and ability to solve complex engineering problems,the new experiment teaching system for process equipment design integrated with CAE is constructed,and the implementation of the experiment teaching is introduced concretely by taking the stress test of pressure vessels as an example.The practice show that the experiment teaching integrated with CAE can motivate the learning interest effectively and innovative thinking,enhance their ability to solve complex engineering problems by modern tools,and broaden their academic vision.
