民族地区高校开放实验室管理体系的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Open Laboratory Management System at Universities in Minority Areas

地处祖国内地或边陲的少数民族地区的高校,实验专职管理人员数量不足,管理理念陈旧。为探索一种适合高校实际情况的实验室开放办法,结合我们学校的实际状况,通过对各实验教学中心实验室开放存在的问题进行分析,归纳了开放实验室中各方面的诸多矛盾,建立了一套适合我校实验室开放的管理体制,以期通过实验室开放促进本科生实验能力和实践能力,更好地适应未来的竞争需要。

Universities located in the minority area along the border or inland,the numbers of experimental management personnel are insufficient,and the concept is outdated.To explore a laboratory openness method suitable for the actual situation of universities in minority area,the contradictions in many aspects at the open laboratory are summarized by the analysis of the problems existing in the laboratory of experimental teaching centers of our colleges.Based on the actual situation,a set of management system suitable for the open laboratory management was established,in order to promote the experimental ability and practical ability of undergraduates through the opening of the laboratory for better adapt to the future competition needs.
