吸附分离装置PX收率低的原因浅析及对策

Exploration and Countermeasures of Low PX Recovery in Eluxyl Unit

某石化厂吸附分离单元采用法国AXENS公司的Eluxyl工艺生产PX。PX单程收率是芳烃联合装置的一个重要操作指标,若PX收率低将明显降低芳烃装置效益。本文就PX收率低的原因进行总结分析,针对装置PX收率低的问题逐一排查,最终确定了问题原因并提出了相应的解决方案,取得了较好的效果,提高了装置经济效益。

The aromatics combined unit of a petrochemical plant adopts the Eluxy process of AXENS company in France to produce PX.The one way recovery rate of PX is an important operating index of aromatic hydrocarbon combination plant.If the recovery rate of PX is low,the efficiency of aromatics unit will be significantly reduced.In this paper,the reasons for the low recovery rate of PX were summarized and analyzed,and the practical problems of the low recovery rate of PX in the Eluxyl unit were investigated one by one.Finally,the cause of the problem is determined and the corresponding solution is proposed.Good results are obtained and the economic performance of the device is increased.
