摘要
以硝酸钴、硝酸锰和六次甲基四胺为原料,采用水热法,经过碱处理制备了不同配比的碱改性钴锰复合氧化物催化剂。通过对催化氧化甲醛性能的测试评价,钴锰比为1的Co1Mn1Ox催化剂表现出最佳的催化活性,在测试条件下甲醛消除率能达到96%,并且经过24小时以上的稳定性测试,消除率依旧能维持在90%以上。形貌表征结果表明Co1Mn1Ox催化剂呈花朵状,存在不同晶相,为催化剂提供了丰富的活性位点,提高其催化氧化性能。
Alkali-modified Co-Mn oxide composites catalysts with different ratios were prepared by hydrothermal method and alkali treatment,using cobalt nitrate,manganese nitrate and hexamethylenetetramine as raw materials.The Co1Mn1Ox catalyst with a cobalt-manganese ratio of 1 showed the best catalytic activity in the catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde.Under the reaction conditions,the removal efficiency of HCHO can reach 96%,and could be maintained at over 90%even after more than 24 hours of stability test.According to the morphology characterizations,the flower-like Co1Mn1Ox catalyst contains different crystalline phases,which provides more active sites for catalyst and therefore improves the catalytic oxidation efficiency.
