摘要
本文通过密炼机和双螺杆挤出制备了以硅橡胶和TPU为基材的热塑性动态硫化硅橡胶TPSIV。并研究了使用不同橡塑比、相容剂添加量、交联剂添加量、催化剂添加量及动态硫化过程中使用不同的双螺杆挤出工艺所制得的TPSIV的力学性能。最终得到了制备TPSIV的最佳橡塑比为小于等于5︰5,相容剂添加量为5份,交联剂添加量为1份,催化剂添加量为0.5份。TPSIV的动态硫化过程的最佳工艺为温度180℃,转速300r/min。
Thermoplastic dynamic vulcanized silicone rubber TPSIV based on silicone rubber and TPU was prepared by internal mixer and twin screw extrusion.The mechanical properties of TPSIV prepared by different rubber-plastic ratio,compatibilizer addition,crosslinking agent addition,catalyst addition and twin screw extrusion process during dynamic vulcanization were studied.Finally,the optimum rubber-plastic ratio for TPSIV preparation is less than or equal to 5︰ 5,the compatibilizer dosage is 5 phr,the crosslinking agent dosage is 1 phr,and the catalyst dosage is 0.5 phr.The optimum dynamic vulcanization process of TPSIV is temperature 180 C and speed 300 r/min.
