磺基琥珀酸盐类洁面膏稳定性能研究

Study on the Stability of Sulfosuccinate Cleansing Cream

考察了氯化钠、水溶性聚合物、搅拌速度、搅拌时间四个因素对磺基琥珀酸盐类洁面膏稳定性的影响。研究结果表明:氯化钠对洁面膏稳定性的影响很大,当氯化钠的添加量为2.5%时,洁面膏珠光闪亮、粘度及硬度适中、易涂抹、稳定性较好。水溶性聚合物对洁面膏稳定性的影响很大,洁面膏中复配添加0.5%羟乙基纤维素与0.4%PEG-150二硬脂酸酯时,洁面膏的稳定性最好。搅拌速度和搅拌时间对洁面膏稳定性的影响较大,控制搅拌速度为30r/min,搅拌时间为30min,制备得到的洁面膏珠光闪亮、粘度及硬度适中、易涂抹、稳定性良好。

Investigated four factors of sodium chloride,water-soluble polymers,mixing speed,mixing time,on the stability of sulfosuccinate cleansing cream.The results show that,the sodium chloride has great effect on the stability of cleansing cream.When the addition amount of sodium chloride is 2.5%,the cleansing cream has a shining pearl,moderate viscosity and hardness,easy to apply,and the stability is good.Water-soluble polymers have a great effect on cleansing cream,with 0.5%hydroxyethyl cellulose and 0.4%PEG-150 distearate added,the stability of the cleansing cream is the best.The mixing speed and mixing time also have a obvious effect on cleansing cream.When the mixing speed is 30 r/min and the mixing time is 30 minutes,the cleansing cream has a shining pearl,moderate viscosity and hardness,easy to apply,and the stability is good.
