摘要
目的:通过对山藿香活性成分的提取和抑菌性能方面的评估,为开发山藿香提供研究依据。方法:(1)以料液比、75%乙醇溶液中氢氧化钙的浓度、超声温度、超声时间四个因素,作为自变量依据响应面(Box-Behnken)实验设计原理,筛选最佳提取方案;(2)采用常量肉汤稀释法考察活性成分抑菌效果。结果:(1)山藿香的最佳提取工艺条件为:山藿香与75%碱性乙醇溶液(内加氢氧化钙0.5g/L)按1︰8重量比,75℃超声提取1h;(2)山藿香三萜类对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果较强。结论:广东地产药材山藿香,其中活性成分山藿香三萜类具有较强抑菌性能,其提取方法简单、提取率较高。
Objective:The evaluation on the extraction and bacteriostatic properties of the active components of herba Teucrium viscidum Bl.provided the research basis for the development of herba pogostemonis.Method:(1)the ratio of solid to liquid,the concentration of calcium hydroxide in 75%evaluation indexesthanol solution、ultrasonic temperature、ultrasonic time were used as independent variables to select the best extraction technology to the Box-Behnken;(2)The bacteriostatic effect of the active ingredient was studied by the dilution method of const broth.Results:(1)The best extraction technology for Teucrium viscidum Bl.is:Teucrium viscidum Bl.and 75%alkaline ethanol solution(0.5 g/L calcium hydroxide was added)in a weight ratio of 1︰8,Ultrasound Extraction at 75℃for 1 h;(2)triterpenoid of Teucrium viscidum Bl.have a stronger inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion:The triterpenoid of Guangdong native herb Teucrium viscidum Bl.have has strong bacteriostasis,the extraction method is simple and the extraction rate is high.
