磷酸钠盐是精细磷化工产品中消费量最多、产量最大的产品,主要有偏磷酸钠盐、聚磷酸钠盐、焦磷酸钠盐、正磷酸钠盐。磷酸二氢钠广泛应用于食品、医药、化学工业、印染、金属防腐、水处理、化学建材、日用化学品、养殖业等各领域中。综述了磷酸二氢钠的应用领域,并介绍了磷酸二氢钠的制备方法以及各种方法的优缺点,其中有萃取法、复分解法、中和法、中间体置换法和作为副产品生产的方法。提出了磷酸二氢钠生产工艺的发展趋势。

Sodium phosphate salts,which mainly contain sodium metaphosphate,sodium polyphosphate,sodium pyrophosphate and sodium orthophosphate,are the largest consumed and produced phosphate products in industrial phosphates.Sodium dihydrogen phosphate can be widely used in industrial productions,such as food,medicine,chemical,printing and dyeing,metal antisepsis,water treatment,chemical building materials,daily chemicals and cultivation.Applications fields of sodium dihydrogen phosphate was reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods including extraction,metathesis,neutralization,intermediates replacement and as a by-product were introduced.Production technology development tendency of sodium dihydrogen phosphate was put forward.
