摘要
本论文采用UASB/MBR-CANON工艺处理高氮活性印花废水,研究工艺运行过程中UASB反应器和MBR-CANON反应器中微生物种群及其相对丰度演变情况。结果表明,当UASB反应器运行稳定后,古菌主要包括广古生菌门、杂色广古菌门、洛基古菌门、DPANN超古菌门等;细菌主要包括拟杆菌门、绿弯菌门、厚壁菌门、变形菌门和螺旋菌门等。当MBR-CANON反应器运行稳定后,细菌主要包括反硝化菌(Denitratisoma、Arenimonas、Comamonadaceae)和厌氧氨氧化菌(Candidatus_Jettenia、Candidatus_Brocadia)等。
In this paper,the UASB/MBR-CANON process was adopted to treat high-nitrogen reactive printing wastewater,and the variation of microbial diversity and their relative abundance in the UASB and MBR-CANON reactors were studied during the process.The result showed that the archaea mainly includeed Euryarchaeota,Miscellaneous Euryarchaeotic,Lokiarchaeota and DPANN Aenigmarchaeota,and the bacteria included Chloroflexi,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria and Spirochaetae in the UASB reactor.After stable operation of the MBR-CANON reactor,the functional bacteria mainly included Denitratisoma,Arenimonas,Comamonadaceae,Candidatus_Jettenia and Candidatus_Brocadia and so on.
