2018年8月31日下午,十三届全国人大常委会第五次会议全票通过了《土壤污染防治法》并于2019年1月1日起施行。这标志着土壤污染防治工作的开展有了法律依据和保障,同时也让人民群众和企业主对土壤污染防治有了更深的认识。重点行业企业用地土壤污染状况详查作为落实《土壤污染防治法》的一项重要工作内容,对推进净土保卫战有着关键性的作用。

On the afternoon of August 31,2018,the fifth meeting of the 13 NPC Standing Council unanimously passed the Law on the prevention and control of soil pollution and came into effect on January 1,2019.This marks the development of soil pollution prevention and control work has a legal basis and protection,but also let the people and business owners have a deeper understanding of soil pollution prevention and control.Detailed investigation on soil pollution status of enterprise land in key industries as an important work content of implementing the Law on prevention and control of soil pollution,it plays a key role in promoting the defense of Pure Land.
