基于数字模型的海绵城市专题研究——以宝安区江碧环境生态产业园为例

摘要 深圳市作为国家第二批海绵城市建设试点城市,将充分利用海绵型城市政策机遇,大力开展海绵城市建设。江碧环境生态产业园是宝安区近年来重点开发建设的地区,由于地势较低,地表硬化面积占比高,且容易受到海潮顶托,是宝安区排水防涝压力较大的片区。通过低影响开发、生态系统保护和修复等方式,整体改善区域水文循环和生态环境,构建自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的“海绵城市”势在必行。本次规划采用HYSWMM软件,建模对地块年径流控制率、内涝风险进行模拟演算,并将目标详细分解至各个地块,为园区后续规划管控,海绵城市建设提供依据,并能对其他相关海绵城市专题研究的开展提供一些参考和帮助。 As the second batch of pilot cities for sponge city construction in the country,Shenzhen will take advantage ofthe sponge-type urban policy opportunities and vigorously carry out the construction of sponge cities.Eco-industrial Park Jiangbi Environmentalis the key development and construction area of Baoan District in recent years.Due to the low terrain,the surface hardening area is high,and it is easy to be affected by the sea tide.It is the area with large drainage and flood control pressure in Baoan District.Through the low-impact development,ecosystem protection and restoration,it is imperative to improve the regional hydrological cycle and ecological environment as a whole,and to build a“sponge city”with natural accumulation,natural penetration and natural purification.This plan adopts HYSWMM software to simulate volume capture ratio of annual rainfall and intrinsic risk of the plot,and decomposes the target into each plot in detail,which provides the basis for the subsequent planning and control of the park and the construction of the sponge city.The development of other related sponge city special studies provides some reference and help.
