摘要 N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)是脱硫胺液的一种常见主要组分,被广泛应用于炼厂气脱硫净化处理装置中。利用气相色谱法测定水中MDEA含量,操作简便、速度快、成本低。通过优化色谱分析条件和采用标样建立了定性、定量分析方法,可规避滴定法测定过程可能遇到的各种干扰,测定结果准确可靠。该法不仅可用于炼厂监控日常污水处理系统污水的胺含量,还可以通过萃取的方法测定油品中串入的胺含量,可作为排查脱硫胺液跑损漏点或污水COD超标胺污染源头的有力手段。 N-methyl diethanolamine(MDEA)is a common component of desulfurization amine solution,which is widely used in refinery gas desulfurization and purification equipment.Determination of MDEA content in water by gas chromatography is simple,fast and low cost.By optimizing the chromatographic analysis conditions and using standard samples,the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are established,which can avoid various interferences that may be encountered in the determination process of titration,and the determination results are accurate and reliable.This method can not only be used to monitor the content of amine in sewage treatment system of refinery,but also to determine the content of amine in oil products by extraction,as a powerful means to screen the leakage point of desulphurization amine solution or the source of amine pollution causing excessive COD in sewage.
