In view of the important role of X-ray fluorescence spectrometric sulfur meter in the analysis of sulfur content in oil products,in order to ensure the accuracy of analytical data and traceability of measurement,this paper discusses the calibration methods,calibration items and reference technical indicators of this kind of instrument,briefly expounds their rationality,summarizes the experience in the calibration process,and provides a model for better calibration of this instrument.
