液相色谱-串联质谱内标法测定花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的不确定度评定 被引量:3

Evaluation of Uncertainty of Aflatoxin B1 in Peanut Oil by LC-MS/MS with Internal Standard Curve Method

摘要 采用液相色谱-串联质谱内标法对花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量的不确定度进行评定。对花生油样品黄曲霉毒素B1含量进行测定后,依据测量不确定度评定的相关指导文件,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源,并对各个不确定分量进行评定与合成。结果表明在95%的置信区间下,当花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量为2.23μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.18μg/kg(k=2)。通过评定发现,标准曲线拟合为不确定度的最大分量。 To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of Aflatoxin B1 content in peanut oil by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)with internal standard curve method.Based on relevant guidance documents of uncertainty evaluation,a mathematical model for evaluating the uncertainty of result was established and the source of uncertainty was analyzed,and each component of uncertainty was evaluated and synthesized.The result shows that at the 95%confidence interval,when the content of Aflatoxin B1 in Peanut oil was 2.23μg/kg,its extended uncertainty was 0.18μg/kg(k=2).According to the evaluation,the standard curve fitting is the maximum component of uncertainty.
