摘要
表面活性剂临界胶束浓度的测定是物理化学与胶体化学实验教学中一个基础实验,但教材中该实验的设计简单,实验内容不足,缺乏数据处理和分析的科学训练。针对这一问题,本文对实验内容做出改进,增加了在不同温度时临界胶束浓度测定和热力学函数计算的内容,以提高学生的实验能力和创新能力。
Measuring the critical micelle concentration(cmc)using conductivity is a basic experiment in the physic chemistry and micelle chemistry.But the experiment in the textbook is so simple that students cannot get enough science training.They also do not know how to do with the experimental data in their research.In this paper,we increase the content of the experiment.We introduce that the cmc values can be measured at the different temperature of the surfactant solution.We also show how to calculate the thermodynamic parameters of the experiment.In this way,the students can acquire enough science training and the education effect is also improved.
