锥齿轮准球面渐开线齿廓设计及齿形精度分析

摘要 分析了锥齿轮的理论齿廓,提出了准球面渐开线的概念。应用准球面渐开线进行锥齿轮齿廓的设计,直接在锥面上形成准球面渐开线齿廓,进而使锥齿轮齿廓接近于理论上的球面渐开线。与此同时,从分度圆锥上齿厚精度和任意圆锥上齿厚精度两方面,对所设计的锥齿轮准球面渐开线齿廓进行了齿形精度分析。 The theoretical tooth profile of the bevel gear was analyzed, and the concept of the quasi= spherical involute was proposed. The quasi -spherical involute was used to design the bevel gear tooth profile, and the quasi -spherical involute profile was formed directly on the conical surface, so that the bevel gear tooth profile was close to the theoretical spherical involute. At the same time, the tooth profile accuracy of the designed involute tooth profile of the bevel gear was analyzed both from the accuracy of the tooth thickness on the indexing cone and the accuracy of the tooth thickness on any cone.
