摘要
针对LT1350涂层线在工作中铝箔产生起皱缺陷的问题,进行了原因分析,确认由铝箔涂层烘干后经过水冷辊瞬间冷却速度过快所导致。针对这一问题,设计了应用于LT1350涂层线的复合水冷辊,将辊筒内结构优化为两层空间。对复合水冷辊的结构进行了分析,对其工作流程进行了介绍。复合水冷辊在LT1350涂层线中的应用效果良好。
Aiming at the problem that the aluminum foil had wrinkle defects during operation of LT 1350 coating line, the cause analysis was carried out, and it was confirmed that the coating layer of the aluminum foil was cooled too quickly when passing through water cooled rolls after drying. In response to this problem, a compound water cooled roll applied to the LT 1350 coating line was designed to optimize the structure inside the roll into two layers of space. The structure of the compound water cooled roll was analyzed and its work flow was introduced. The compound water cooled roll has a sound application performance in the LT1350 coating line.
