摘要 钣金凸包具有提高板材刚度的作用,应用广泛。应用Deform有限元软件仿真分析了钣金凸包冲压成形过程中应力、应变的分布规律,以及板料载荷与速度场的变化规律。通过仿真分析,确认冲压成形过程中板料与凹模接触处的应力值减小,冲压成形完成时板料与凸模接触处的应力值最大,边缘处的应力值为0。冲压成形过程中,凸凹模刃口处应变值最大,板料载荷则先较大波动,后平稳增大,最后急剧增大。试验结果与仿真分析结果的误差在1%内,验证了仿真分析准确可靠。 The sheet metal convex closure has the function of improving the rigidity of the sheet with wide applications. The regularities of distribution of stress & strain and the variation law of sheet load and velocity field during stamping & forming process of sheet metal convex closure were simulated and analyzed by Deform finite element software. Through simulation analysis, it is confirmed that the stress value at the contact between the sheet and the cavity die is reduced during the stamping & forming process. When the stamping & forming is completed, the stress at the contact between the sheet and the punch is the largest while the stress at the edge is zero. During the stamping & forming process, the strain value at the punchdie cutting edge is the largest, and the sheet load first fluctuates greatly, then increases steadily and finally increases sharply. The error between the test results and the simulation results is within 1%, which verifies that the simulation analysis is accurate and reliable.
