精密镗床床身制造过程残余应力的仿真与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对残余应力会造成精密镗床精度保持性变差的问题,对精密镗床床身制造过程中的残余应力进行了仿真和试验研究。应用ProCAST与ABAQUS软件对精密数控卧式坐标镗床床身的铸造、粗加工和热时效工艺进行数值模拟,得到各工序中床身残余应力的分布规律。基于钻孔应变法对床身关键点残余应力进行跟踪试验,结果表明,在精密镗床床身制造过程中,残余应力仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,从而验证床身制造过程多工序连续仿真的有效性。 In view of the problem that the residual stress would cause accuracy retention of the precision boring machine to deteriorate, the residual stress in the manufacturing process of the precision boring machine bed was simulated and tested. ProCAST and ABAQUS software were used to simulate the casting, roughing and thermal aging of precision CNC horizontal jig borer bed to obtain the distribution law of residual stress in the bed. Tracking test of residual stress at key points of bed was carried out based on hole drilling strain-gauge method. The results show that the residual stress simulation results are basically consistent with the experimental results in the manufacturing process of the precision boring machine bed, thus verifying the effectiveness of the multi-process continuous simulation of the bed manufacturing process.
