摘要
为研究卸船机起升电机特征参数的相关性及变化趋势,采用SPSS数据统计分析软件对卸船机左右起升电机的水平、轴向及径向振动烈度进行研究,得到起升电机水平、轴向及径向振动烈度的相关因数,以及特征参数的相关性模型。在SPSS软件中创建预测模型,基于采集得到的特征参数预测变化趋势。试验结果表明,卸船机起升电机的特征参数存在较强相关性,可以通过测量其中的某个特征参数,计算出其它特征参数,进而简化数据采集工作。通过预测特征参数可以提前判断电机性能的变化趋势,对卸船机的维护保养具有重要意义。
In order to study the correlativity and variation trend of the characteristic parameters of the hoisting motor of the ship unloader, the SPSS statistical analysis software was used to study the horizontal, axial and radial vibration intensity of the hoisting motors at left and right side of the ship unloader. The correlation coefficient of the horizontal, axial and radial vibration intensity of the hoisting motors and the correlation model of the characteristic parameters were obtained. The prediction model was created in the SPSS software, and the variation trend was predicted based on the acquired characteristic parameters. The test results show that there are strong correlations between the characteristic parameters of the hoisting motor of the ship unloader, and other characteristic parameters can be calculated by measuring one of the characteristic parameters, thereby simplifying the data acquisition. The variation trend of the motor performance can be judged through predicting the characteristic parameters in advance, this is of great significance to the preventive maintenance of the ship unloader.
