激发剂对脱硫石膏-粉煤灰砖的性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 以电厂排放的固体废弃物脱硫石膏、粉煤灰为主要原料,压制成型制备砖材,研究了激发剂对其物理力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着激发剂掺量的增加,脱硫石膏-粉煤灰砖的强度先升高后降低。粉煤灰掺量为40%,激发剂掺量为1%,脱硫石膏-粉煤灰砖在龄期14 d时,其抗压强度为6.99 MPa,同时其软化系数为0.75。 The desulfurized gypsum which is a kind of solid waste from a power plant and fly ash are used as the main raw materials, and the bonding bricks are made by pressing and molding. The effects of alkaline activator on the physical and mechanical properties of desulphurization gypsum-fly ash brick were studied. The results show that: The strength of desulphurized gypsum-fly ash brick first rises and then decreases with the increase of the amount of activator. When the amount of fly ash is 40%, the dosage of activator is 1%, the compressive strength of the desulphurized gypsum-fly ash brick is 6.99 MPa at the age of 14 days, while the softening coefficient of it is 0.75.
