摘要
研究了纳米SiO2(NS)对半浸泡砂浆抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,以探讨纳米颗粒增强砂浆抗蚀性的可行性。测试了砂浆的质量损失率、线性膨胀率及强度损失,以表征试件的破坏程度,并利用X 射线衍射仪分析了侵蚀试样的物相组成。结果表明:利用NS增强半浸泡砂浆的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能是可行的,且NS掺量越高,增强效果越明显。NS的掺入使得砂浆内部更为致密,这限制了外界硫酸根离子向砂浆内的迁移,减少了侵蚀产物的生成数量,从而缓解了砂浆因硫酸盐侵蚀引起的破坏。本试验结果为提高水泥基材料在半浸泡硫酸盐环境下的耐久性提供了新的技术思路,即纳米颗粒改性技术。
The effect of nano-SiO2 (NS) on sulfate resistance of semi-immersed mortar was investigated to explore the feasibility of nanoparticles to enhance the corrosion resistance of mortar. The mass loss rate, linear expansion value and strength loss rate of mortars were measured to characterize the damage degree of the specimens, and the phase compositions of attacked sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The results show that it was feasible to use NS to enhance the sulfate resistance of semi-immersed mortar and the enhancement effect increased with the increase of NS content. The incorporation of NS made the mortar more compact inside, which limited the migration of external sulfate ions into mortar and then reduced the amount of attack products, thus alleviating the damage of mortar caused by sulfate attack.
