某难选低品位胶磷矿浮选工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 对某低品位硅质胶磷矿进行了浮选试验研究,采用常温反-正浮选工艺。结果表明,原矿P2O5品位为24.30%,MgO含量为4.29%,SiO2含量为18.77%,当采用反正联合浮选工艺,即经过反浮选粗选2次,正浮选精选2次选别流程后,可得到精矿指标P2O5品位为30.01%,回收率为88.91%,主要杂质SiO2含量为5.12%,实现了低品位胶磷矿的优质选别,对该磷矿资源开发与利用有着重要意义。 The flotation test of a low grade silica gel phosphate rock was carried out, and the reverse positive flotation process at room temperature was adopted. The results showed that the grade of P2O5 in the head ore was 24.30%, the MgO content was 4.29%, and the SiO2 content was 18.77%. When the combined flotation process is adopted, that is, after two times of reverse flotation and two times of positive flotation, the concentrate index of P2O5 grade is 30.01%, the recovery rate is 88.91%, and the main impurity SiO2 is 5.12%. The high qualityseparation of low grade colloidal phosphate rock will be realized, which will be of great significance to the development and utilization of the phosphate rock resources.
